Mobile light towers

from completely obstacle-free to the fiercest in Europe

Two professional light masts, always custom-built with our own fixtures. The fully automatic Sentinel Tower illuminates smaller work areas without a single lumen of annoyance. The Dual axle light tower — market leader in Australian mining — illuminates large and deep terrain with 798,720 lumens. Specifications and prices upon request.

Europe's brightest LED light tower
now available for order

Some sites are too large and too deep for a standard light mast: mining, earthmoving, transshipment terminals, infrastructure projects. For these environments, we are bringing a lighting tower to Europe that has proven.

The numbers: 798,720 lumens twelve Shark LED Fixtures meets 208 lm/W. A 10.5-meter hydraulic mast with 340° rotation, wind-stable up to 100 km/h. A double-walled 240-liter diesel tank, good for 200 brand hours. That's sixteen 12-hour night shifts without refueling, at a rate of 1.2 liters per hour. The car has a start/stop system, four hydraulic jacks, and an automatic email alert when the fuel level drops below 10%.

Built to mine-spec level: three-layer e-coat paint protection, titanium-based fixture coating, extra voltage layer (24VDC), 500-hour service intervals, and 24/7 support. This is not a construction light on a trailer, this is mining equipment.

The first tower is in the Netherlands And the dual axle is now available for order. Would you like the full specifications, or to see a demo first? Leave your details.

Why a budget light pole will cost you money in the long run

The market for mobile lighting towers is a price-fighter market: as cheap as possible per tower, and you feel it. Manual setup in the rain. Light boxes that illuminate half the neighborhood and generate.

We build the masts to your specifications, with the fixtures JEL is known for.

JEL Sentinel Tower —
fully automatic and completely obstacle-free

The Sentinel Tower is built for smaller (work) areas where light is needed but light pollution is prohibited. Urban settings, alongside residential areas, in nature-sensitive areas. While almost every light pole on the market opts for budget, the Sentinel chooses quality that pays for itself:

  • Completely obstacle-free met DarkLicht full cut-off fixtures No light goes into the air or the neighborhood. The same lighting with which Heddes Bouw won the award for best performing construction site on project More 1 & 2 in Leiden.
  • Fully automatic, standard The mast slides itself up and down on the built-in clock. Nobody needs to go to it in the morning or evening. Optionally, the software automatically switches light color: 4000K during work hours, warm 2200K during night hours.
  • Custom configuration — from 41,000 to 332,000 lumens, with DarkLicht (glare-free) or Snapper fixtures features far-reaching optics for maximum throw. Illuminates 7,500 to 15,000 m² per mast.
  • Choice of nutrition — standard mains power (1- and 3-phase); built on request with battery up to 20 kWh, solar panel, or Kubota diesel generator.
  • Built to last — 8-meter electrically extendable mast, IP67/IK08, compact cube base with concrete ballast, 2-year or 1,500-hour warranty. Camera integration available from 2027.

Are you in doubt? Describe your terrain and your nighttime work, and an engineer will calculate which mast and lighting package you need, supported by a lighting calculation.

Not stock models, but *your* configuration

Each mast is built to order with lighting from our own range. You choose the fixtures and the light color (6500K to amber 2200K, or automatically changing); our engineers determine the lens angles and light plan based on your site. We demonstrably make the best choice for this, supported by calculations. The dual axle is available to order in your company color; for the Sentinel Tower, this is possible from approximately 20 units. This way, you will soon have a fleet that performs and is unmistakably yours.

Frequently Asked Questions about our Mobile Light Towers

Yes, both are made to order. The Sentinel Tower is configured and built per order; the first dual axle light tower is already en route to the Netherlands.

For long-term deployment, rental is possible in consultation. Contact us to discuss the possibilities for your situation.

If you’re working near homes, roads, or natural areas, the obstruction-free DarkLicht configuration is the way to go. If the light needs to reach deep into a large, open area, choose the far-reach optics or the dual-axle model. If you’re unsure, a single light calculation from us will provide the answer.

Because the correct luminaire choice depends on mast height, spacing, and terrain shape. Our engineers determine this with a lighting calculation – this way, you can be sure that every lumen lands on the site instead of beside it.

Both masts have a 2-year or 1,500 operating hour warranty. The dual axle also has 500-hour service intervals and 24/7 support.

Yes. If desired, we provide lighting calculations and reports in accordance with EN 12464-2 and the NSVV Guideline Light Pollution — also usable for your permit.

Because each mast is custom-built, a standard datasheet has little value. Request the specifications: you will receive them after a short discussion, tailored to your application.

Request the specifications

Tell us what terrain you want to illuminate. An engineer will respond within one business day with the correct specifications, honest advice, and a lighting calculation if desired.
