We want everyone to be able to use this site, including with a screen reader, using only a keyboard, or in the case of visual impairment. Below is what we are doing to achieve this, where it is not yet good enough, and how you can report a problem.

We strive to ensure that jelproducts.nl complies with level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, version 2.2. This is the standard also referenced by the European Accessibility Act and EN 301 549.
This is a concise statement of policy and working method, not a formal compliance statement: that requires a full audit with a findings report. As soon as that audit has been performed, we will replace this statement with the formal version containing the compliance status.
We incorporate accessibility into the design of new pages, not afterwards.

We are not there yet, and we prefer to write that down rather than leave it out.
Known points: some PDF documents, such as datasheets and certificates, are not fully accessible because they come from third parties. Older pages and blog articles have not all been checked for heading structure and alt texts. Some technical tables scroll horizontally on a narrow screen.

Does something not work with your tool, or are you stuck somewhere? Send a message to info@jelproducts.nl of Bel 033 785 9809. Please state the page and what is going wrong, so we can resolve it directly.
We will confirm your report within five working days and let you know what we are doing about it and when. If you are not satisfied with the handling, you can raise this with us; we will process that complaint just like any other.
This statement was drawn up on August 12, 2026, based on a self-assessment of the site. No independent audit has been conducted yet.
We review the statement annually and after every major change to the website.
