Manuals

The installation and user manual for every product line and for the drivers, in Dutch, English, German, French and Spanish. Direct downloads, no form.

Important when reading

Every manual carries a document code and a revision number on the cover and in the footer, for example MAN-ORS-EN, Rev. 1. Always work from the revision on this page. A printed copy or a file downloaded earlier may be out of date.

Read chapter 2 on safety before the work begins. The wiring diagrams are in chapter 7, the fault finding table at the back. If your situation differs from what the manual describes, put it to us first.

The manuals are written for installers, electricians and maintenance engineers and follow the same structure: safety, intended use, technical data and dimensions, mounting, electrical connection with wiring diagrams, commissioning, operation, maintenance, fault finding, spare parts and conformity. New revisions appear on this page; the revision number on the cover shows which version you have.

What you will and will not find in a manual

A manual describes the product, not your project

The manual tells you how to mount, wire, commission and maintain a luminaire safely, and what to do when it does not work. What it does not tell you is how the light turns out in your situation: how many luminaires, at what height, with which optic and aiming.

We determine the latter with a lighting calculation, free of charge and without any purchase obligation. The aiming plan that results from it is the document you lay next to the manual on site.

It is in there
Hazard classes, safety symbols and intended use
Dimensions, weight and wind load per version
Mounting, bracket, tightening torques and retention
AC and DC wiring diagrams, cores and cable length
High temperature system and driver boxes
Commissioning, operation and dimming
Maintenance, cleaning, fault finding and spare parts
It's not in there
How many luminaires your situation requires
At what height, with which optic and aiming
The light level that you actually achieve
Project specific mounting on a mast, crane or facade
The strength calculation of the supporting structure
The local installation regulations that apply on top of the manual
An obtrusive light assessment for the surroundings
