Yes. DarkLicht is designed with a very precise light image, which ensures compliance with light pollution limits in almost all classes. Using light calculations and a correct mounting height, it is possible to meet all NSVV Light Nuisance 2020 requirements, even at high power levels.
Sure. DarkLight can be easily mounted on mobile masts or temporary frames, making it ideal for construction sites, events or emergency lighting. The full-cutoff reflector also ensures high visibility in these situations, without blinding the surroundings or causing light pollution.
It depends on your needs. Sports fields often choose 5000 K for optimal visibility, while industrial sites benefit from 4000 K for natural colour rendering. In or near nature reserves, you can choose 2200 K (amber) to minimise disturbance to flora and fauna. We will be happy to advise you on the right light colour.
Yes. As standard, the housing is high-quality titanium-coated aluminium. For offshore, chemical or extremely corrosive environments, the DLM-60 has a 316L stainless steel version available. This variant has the same full-cutoff reflector and features, but with extra protection against rust and aggressive chemicals.
With its high protection rating (IP67/IK07) and hard-wearing coating, DarkLicht requires little maintenance. Periodic cleaning of the front with a soft cloth or low-pressure water jet is sufficient to remove dust and dirt. The robust housing and reflector are designed to withstand intensive use and changing weather conditions, so additional maintenance is rarely required.
Yes, DarkLicht can be equipped with different dimming and control protocols, such as 1-10 V, DALI or even wireless solutions. This allows you to further reduce energy consumption by controlling intensity based on timetables, motion sensors or other smart integrations.
In most cases, yes. DarkLicht is modular and available with various mounting brackets or brackets.
