The BOSA grant (Stimulation of Construction and Maintenance of Sports Facilities) offers amateur sports organisations in the Netherlands an opportunity to improve and make their sports facilities more sustainable, with financial support from the government. This scheme runs from 2019 to 2025, with around EUR 80 million in grant funds are made available. This makes it particularly attractive for many associations and foundations to invest in new (LED) lighting, light poles or other facilities.
